The objective of the M4 Certification Programme ‘Project Procurement strategy for Sustainable Development’ is to provide participants with:
// a holistic approach to strategically align project procurement with broader sustainable development goals
// a stategic approach towards the specific needs of the targeted rural communities
// a strategic use of procurement as a tool to stimulate local market development, community empowerment, innovation and sustainability
// Duration
10 April – 20 June 2025
Eight weeks for an equivalent of 60–80 hours of learning overall. The duration is the same whether the modality is blended or online.
// Tuition Fees
Participants nominated by IFAD will be sponsored by the BuildProc initiative.
Open editions in blended modality coming soon.
// Requirements
Proficiency in the language in which the program is held and a relevant entry profile (experience, current position, etc.).
Applicants should have completed the M1, M2 and M3 certification programmes.
Applicants must have completed the M2 certification programme.
